This year, celebrate Halloween in the mountains, where you'll get the real deal when it comes to crisp fall weather plus costume parties hosted by the experts in apres-ski.

From adult costume parties and Halloween bar crawls to a kid-friendly carnival, Mammoth Lakes has Halloween celebrations for all ages.

Halloween Parties In Mammoth Lakes

Kid-Friendly Halloween Activities

Head to the Community Recreation Center (CRC) for a family-friendly Haunted Party on Friday, October 25th. Skate rentals for children are only $5.00 while supplies last (non-skating adults are FREE). Celebrate Halloween with spooky fun games, a cakewalk and the scariest, cutest, most creative, and funniest Costume Contest ever!

Halloween Movie Nights

Bar Sierra at Outbound Mammoth will host two Halloween Movie Nights, Friday, October 25th, and Saturday, October 26th. Stop by for some classic spooky fun films including Hocus Pocus on Friday and Beetlejuice on Saturday. Grab a bite and a delicious cocktail!

Scary Shakedowns

Dos Alas is hosting its Fifth Annual Halloween bash, complete with costume contest and live music, from blues- funk band, The Mudd Foote. Saturday, October 26th starting at 9pm.

Sierra Giant Live at Distant Brewing

On Halloween night, October 31st from 6-9pm head over to Distant Brewing to celebrate with a local band featuring singer and multi-instrumentalist Giacomo Timbrello.

Halloween Crawl

The annual Halloween Costume crawl between Lakanuki and Clocktower Cellar is a ghoulish night your soul can’t afford to miss. The fun begins October 31st at Clocktower Cellar from 7-9pm, then later the ghouls will move to Lakanuki to keep the haunting going. Dance, drinks, and a chance to win $100 for the best costume.

Trick or Treating

Join the annual Trails Halloween Trick or Treat Event. Come out on October 31st from 5-8pm.
