Welcome to Mammoth Lakes Fire Protection District. Whether this is your home, your home away from home, or your first visit, we are dedicated to the protection of your lives, your property, and your peace of mind. It is our mission to respond promptly with sufficient personnel, equipment, and competency to make things better when they appear to be at their worst. This is only possible through the contribution of your hard-earned tax dollars; you have my personal commitment that we shall be good stewards of those resources. The stations, fire engines, and equipment are yours - we're simply the caretakers, so please feel free to drop by your firehouse and see what we're up to.
