Special Event Funding Application for 2025 Events
Mammoth Lakes Tourism provides funding to special event producers in an effort to support the growth of this area of our economy. Events must be held within Mammoth Lakes, with special consideration for events happening during shoulder seasons and need periods. Since 2019, Mammoth Lakes Tourism has annually awarded up to $300,000 in special event funding to event producers, with $350,000 available for allocation in fiscal year 2025/26. The funding process begins in November according to the timeline below:
November 15, 2024: Special event funding application submission process opens.
December 13, 2024: Special event funding application submission process closes AT 5PM.
January 10 - February 7, 2025: Special event funding interviews & committee question period.
February 28, 2025: Awards Announced. Award Letters will be emailed to all event producers.
April 1: Final invoices due to MLT. No late invoices will be accepted for awarded funds.
